All IP numbers have changed, but referencing by symbolic name still works fine (e.g., use www.cagis.uic.edu, not 131.193.135.106).

This is faster if you know what you are doing & works
even if your browser doesn't support the 'option'
statement under forms.
Also prints City-wide counts next to the Community Area counts.
Note: Some of the long tables don't print
correctly now that City totals have been added.
(P14 for example, towards the bottom).
This seems to be browser specific & not an error
in our PERL code. Any insights to this problem
would be appreciated. Are there limits to the
length of 'PRE' sections?

tries to warn you if your browser will not work
(only checks for NCSA Mosaic for MS-Windows version 2.0 alpha2,
the last 16 bit version and the one commonly used at our University,
which has a known bug that causes it to abort with a GPF when confronted with 'OPTION').
